How much does Bookwick cost?+
Bookwick is free forever for one staff member, one location and up to 50 bookings a month. The Pro plan is £5 per staff member per month and includes unlimited bookings, unlimited locations, payments and every feature. There are no per-booking fees.
Are there any per-booking or transaction fees?+
No. Bookwick never charges a fee per booking, and when you take card payments through Stripe the money goes straight to your own account - we take no cut.
What counts as a staff member?+
A staff member is anyone with their own bookable calendar - a stylist, therapist, trainer or clinician. On Pro you pay £5 per month for each one. Locations are unlimited and included.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like - there are no contracts or lock-in. If you cancel Pro you simply move back to the Free plan limits.
Do I need a card to start?+
No. You can start on the Free plan with no card. Add billing only when you choose to upgrade to Pro.
