Sell packages and memberships

Create session packs, bundles and memberships that customers buy up front. Available on the Pro plan.

Before you start

Switch on Packages & memberships in Settings and click Save changes.

The three kinds

Session pack
Prepaid sessions of one service, such as 5 massages. Each booking uses one.
Bundle
Several different services sold together, one of each.
Membership
A discount on bookings for a set number of days, optionally with sessions included.

Create a package

  1. Step 1: Open Packages and click New package.
  2. Step 2: Enter a Name and optional Description customers will see.
  3. Step 3: Choose the Type and set the Price.
  4. Step 4: Click Add service for each included service and set how many.
  5. Step 5: For a membership, set the discount and Valid for (days).
  6. Step 6: Keep Active ticked and click Create package.

How customers get them

  • You sell it from the customer's record: Sell a package. See Manage customer records.
  • Customers can buy from the Packages tab on your booking page, and pay on arrival.
  • When they book a service their package covers, it is used automatically and the booking is free. Membership discounts apply automatically too.

Good to know: Selling a package records a paid sale in Sales and Reports; collect the money at the counter. Packages bought on your booking page show as Unpaid in Sales until you mark them paid. Only memberships expire; packs and bundles do not.
