Which plan includes reminders?+
Booking confirmations are sent on every plan. Automatic reminders are on the Pro plan, at £10 per staff member per location a month.
Can I change the wording?+
Yes. Edit the confirmation email in Message templates, and the reminder in Workflows, where you can also change when it goes out or add a second one. Both use merge tokens, or you can keep the built-in copy.
